Brian Spratley

BSc(Hons), MIMMM, CEng, FGS, Mining Engineer with 47 years in the mining and extractive metallurgical industry, having led many large strategic project developments in the industry including starting mines in South Africa, privatisation in Zambia and DRC, initial development of Tenke Fungurume in DRC. Undertook projects and project assessments in Russia, Iran, Sweden, South America, Greenland, Canada and West Africa and the last 9 years developing the first new minor metal smelter outside China for 40 years in Oman.

Edward Horn
NED/Advisor Metallurgy
BSc (Chem Eng), CEng, CEnv, FIChemE Chemical engineer with 50 years’ experience in the chemical and fertilizer and mineral processing industries. Managed a world scale petrochemical complex in Bahrain for 18 years with responsibility for all the operations and maintenance, technical affairs, SHE and technical training. Commissioned and started operations of the largest fertilizer complex in Pakistan and established procedures and systems for the operation of five individual fertilizer plants and off-sites. Gained substantial mineral processing experience in gold and uranium extraction in the gold mining industry, South Africa. Also has extensive experience with coal gasification for ammonia production. More recently worked as senior consultant for an international consultancy in London, performing numerous technology evaluations, feasibility and due diligence studies in the C1 chemical industry, petrochemical and fertilizer fields on all continents.

Expertise in start-ups and exploration companies, project financing, fundraising and IPOs, structuring, strategy, corporate finance, investor relations and governance.

With over 20 years’ experience in environmental management in the international mining and metallurgical Industry, Christine is experienced in environmental auditing and management of mines and metallurgical processes for environmental protection. Institute of Materials, Miner and Mining Chairman of Mining Technology Board finalist as being in the top 100 inspirational Women in Mining in the world

M.Sc. FSEG CGeol & EurGeol FGS – Director Litho Economics. Highly experienced exploration and mine geologist with strong technical background who has worked for some of the world’s leading mining companies, consultancies and as an independent. Previous roles have included field exploration manager and mine geologist with AAC De Beers, Principal consultant at SRK and Regional Business Consultant – Mining at Fugro ME. He has extensive experience of exploration and mining projects in Africa, Europe and the Middle East for a wide variety of minerals and metals.
